Petitioner earlier appointed as Attendant on 28.10.2007 on outsourcing basis in Rural Live stock Unit at Rechapally Village and was working in the said capacity till 19.03.2015. It appears that on some complaints of the villagers, he was terminated from service. Expressing his regret and with a promise to do his job sincerely, he submitted representation, dated 24.09.2015, before the District Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Officer, Jagitial District, the 4th respondent, seeking employment as Hospital Attendant. The 4th respondent favourably considered the request of the petitioner and made recommendation to the District Collector, Karimnagar District, the 3rd respondent, vide letter dated 15.02.2017.

Since request of the petitioner is now forwarded to the 3rd respondent with a recommendation and the matter is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders as warranted by lay by assigning due reasons in support of his decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
