This Company Application is filed by the transferor company seeking a direction to dispense with the meeting of the members, appointment of Chairperson etc, and to permit the applicant company to file the consents of secured creditors at the time of final hearing of the company petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the members of the transferor company filed their consent affidavits to dispense with the above said meetings and hence he prays to allow the application.

In the circumstances stated, the Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
