HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 4967 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 07.10.2015, passed the following interim order:- "Pending further orders in the Original Application, the impugned Speaking Order of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Warangal in Rc.No.B1/1213/2015, dated 24.07.2015 is suspended. Promotions, if any, to be made in future shall be subject to final result in this Original Application."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the interim order dated 07.10.2015, the respondent No.3 issued Rc.No.C2/393/Wgl-Z/2017 dated 24.03.2017, wherein it is stated that the counseling for the promotions of Staff nurse to the post of Head Nurse in Warangal Zone was fixed on 01.04.2017 and the same was communicated to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner was promoted as Head Nurse vide Rc.No.C2/393/2017 dated 01.04.2017 and further submits that the cause in the writ petition(TR) does not survive for further adjudication and prays this Court to close the Writ Petition (TR).

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
