THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.33314 OF 2010 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"... to declare the in action of the respondents in settling all appraisals of the petitioner and wage revision amount till as on date which he rightly eligible and entitle amounts to erroneous, arbitrary and violations of Provisions contemplated under LIC Regulations, 1960 and consequently direct the respondents to settle the petitioner appraisals and other benefits..."
2. Heard Mr.T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Bathula Raj Kiran, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted number of representations to the respondents and it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representations in accordance with law. The said request is not opposed by the other side.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion as to the entitlement of the petitioner herein, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 25-03-2010, 30-04-2010, 01-06-2010, 01-10-2010, 26-10-2010 and 22-11-2010 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
