The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.58 of 2013 of Telkapally Police Station, Mahaboobnagar.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating agency, after completion of investigation in Cr.No.58 of 2013, has filed charge-sheet and the same is numbered as C.C.No.134 of 2013.

In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
