It is represented by learned counsel appearing for both sides that these appeals were referred to the Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, and an Award has been passed on 08.07.2017 with the consent of the parties, and therefore, these appeals may be disposed of in terms of the said award. Therefore, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the Award dated 08.07.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat. The aforesaid award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
