This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and award dated 17.09.2005 passed in M.V.O.P.No.517 of 2002 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge (FTC), Asifabad.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 11.04.2018 in the forenoon and in the afternoon. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
