1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash and modify the order dated 18.09.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2862 of 2015 passed in Cr.No.181 of 2015 of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad by the learned Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad by reducing the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.5,000/-. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition as no orders are necessary in this petition.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
