THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 31762 OF 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to provide police protection/security to the petitioner by taking into consideration the representations dated 17.07.2014, 06.08.2014 and 12.08.2014 submitted by the petitioner by declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in not providing police protection to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 12, 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, Sri A.Satyaprasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Prakash Buddarapu, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner herein made a representation to the respondents herein for redressal of her grievance and appropriate orders may be issued to the respondents herein to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.

3. This court considers the said request as reasonable. Therefore, for the said reasons without going into the merits and demerits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to submit appropriate representation to the 2nd respondent herein within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order and thereafter, the same shall be considered by the 2nd respondent in the ensuing meeting and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________
