Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied for survey and demarcation of his land of an extent of Acs.2-65 cents in survey No.132 of Elamarru Village, Pedaparupudi Mandal, Krishna District, but the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon, even though he had paid requisite charges for the said survey.

3. On 03.03.2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 this Court followed the judgment of the Division Bench dt.14.06.2013 in W.A.No. 110 of 2013 and other judgments, and held that there is no impediment for survey of private lands, subject to collection of requisite charges by the officials of the Survey Department which comes under the 1st respondent.

4. For reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to demarcate and fix boundaries to the petitioner's land referred to above, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other persons interested in the said land and after collecting requisite charges therefor. There shall be no order as to costs.
