2. Petitioner seeks rectification of revenue record and points out a clerical mistake on the part of the Village Revenue Officer, Krishna. Petitioner has made two representations to the fourth respondent dated 01.07.2012 and 01.07.2014. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent, present writ petition is filed.

3. The averments of the petition disclose that petitioner has not made the application in the prescribed proforma under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Hence, the representation of the petitioner

cannot be considered. If the rectification of the record is sought for by the petitioner, he has to apply in accordance with the provisions of the Act to the competent authority viz., the fourth respondent. Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
