RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to order for enlarging the petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.56/2021 dated: 25.03.2021 on the file of the PS CCS Hyderabad (Original Cime No.2412021 of PS Lallaguda Secunderabad) on the file of the Learned Xll Additional Chief lr/etropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s G. RAVICHANDRAN Advocate for the Petitioner and of Assistant PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
+ ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/A,3 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.56 of 2021 ot Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 1208, 406,420 rlw 34 of rPc.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the res ponde nt-State and perused the record.

This Coud, while granting anticipatory bail to this petitioner/A.3 in Crime Nos.44, 45 and 46 ot 2021 of Trimulgherry Police Station, Hyderabad, vide common order, dated 08.09.2021, passed in Criminal Petition Nos.6447, 6448 and 6449 of 2021, observed that the offences relate to collection of huge amount by cheating by A.1 in the said crimes. As per the submissions made and the material placed on record, no money was ' transferred to the account to the petitioneriA.3. Moreover, the petitioner/A.3 is 63 years old woman. The allegation against the petitioner/A.3 is that some property said to have been purchased in her name. The said aspect can be verified in the course of investigation. lf need arises, the petitioner/A.3 has to face trial for the allegations leveled against her.
ln view of the nature of allegations as well as gravity of offences against the petitioner/A.3, this Court is inclihed to grant anticipatory bail to her under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner/A.3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. (ii) On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A.3 on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

(iii) On such release, the petitioner/A.3 shall report before the said Station House Officer, on every Sunday between 09:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M., till filing of the charge sheet. (iv) The petitioner/A.3 shall also abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., and shall cooperate with the investigating officer in investigating the case. 4.
