This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.2063 of 2014 from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Gudivada, Krishna District or any other competent Court nearby or the surrounding area of Gudivada, Krishna District, for disposal in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for both the parties in one voice submitted that the Family Court at Vijayawada is convenient for both the parties. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to withdraw O.P.No.2063 of 2014 from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. O.P.No.2063 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Ranga Reddy District and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
