THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20409 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondents 1 to 3 in not considering the representation dated 30.08.2019 of the petitioner to stop the public auction dated 31.08.2019 to be conducted by the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that on account of low bids received, the public auction conducted on 31.08.2019 was cancelled. In those circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
