HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.270 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.10 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.183 dated 23.12.2014 of Garla Bayyaram Police Station, Khammam District, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 143, 148 and 384 read with 149 IPC. and Section 25(1)(a) of Indian Arms Act. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there is no stay, the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 25.04.2016. 3.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
