In this writ petition, petitioner's grievance is inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 on his complaint dated 15.07.2019 alleging that respondent No.6 is making construction of a Temple in the land earmarked for Janapriya Uthopiya Apartments Complex, Upparpally, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without obtaining any permission from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of Sections 428 and 452 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, no construction shall be made without permission. He further submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a notice was sent on 05.09.2019, however, to a wrong person, instead of respondent No.6.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that necessary action would be taken by the respondent authorities after issuing a notice to respondent No.6, who is allegedly making construction of the Temple without permission. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to redress the grievance of the petitioner and communicate to him the action taken thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
