Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.536 of 2020 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, has already completed investigation and laid the charge sheet against the petitioners herein and the same was taken on file vide C.C. No.3067 of 2021 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition with a liberty to challenge the very satne charge sheet itself' Granting liberty, as sought, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
