Sri K.Ramamohan Mahadeva, learned counsel for the petitioners, has circulated a letter dated 15.11.2015 to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is always open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy if a fresh cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
