HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.25984 of 2017 Date:04.8.2017 Between:

The State of Telangana, reptd by its Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Hyderabad and two others.

..... Petitioners And:

G.Shanker .....Respondent Counsel for the petitioners: GP for Services (TS) The Court made the following:

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.25984 of 2017 Dated:04.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Certiorari declaring the order, dated 25.8.2014, passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad in O.A.No.2597 of 2017 as illegal and set aside the same."

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) appearing for the petitioners submitted that in consideration of the impugned order, dated 25.8.2014, passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') in O.A.No.2597 of 2012, the respondent's claim was considered and rejected by petitioner No.2, vide order, dated 31.01.2014, and that the representation made by one of the M.L.As was also rejected on 20.01.2015.

In view of these events which have taken place subsequent to the disposal of O.A.No.2597 of 2012 by the Tribunal, the learned Government Pleader sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to take appropriate stand in the Writ Petition filed by the respondent for implementation of the impugned order of the Tribunal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.25984 of 2017 Dated:04.8.2017 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.32210 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
