With the passage of time and in view of the interim order dated 26.6.2012 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 24172 of 2012, the writ petition appears to have rendered infructuous and that seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
