THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5536 of 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioners/A1 & A3 on bail in connection with Crime No.228/2022, on the file of Saidabad Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Section 307 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The petitioners who are Accused Nos.1 and 3 along with Accused No.2 attacked the victim one Mohammed Raheem, and caused his right leg ankle fractured. The reason for the attack was that the 1st petitioner/A1 was following the sister of the defacto complainant and in the said circumstances, there was heated exchange of words which resulted in altercation. 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail from 09.05.2022 and since the investigation is almost complete, they can be granted bail.

On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured was treated and discharged from the hospital. 6.
In the said circumstances, the petitioners/A1 & A3 can be granted bail subject to the following conditions: i. The petitioner/ A1 & A3 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for like sum each, to the satisfaction of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. ii. On such release, the petitioners/A1 & A3 shall appear before the concerned Police Station on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for a period of two months for the purpose of investigation.
iii. The petitioners/A1 & A3 shall comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
