There was no representation for the petitioner on 18.09.2015 and, hence, the matter was directed to be posted in the daily list. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner, who is arraigned as A-2 in Crime No.197 of 2014 of P.S.Yerrupalem, Khammam District.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and the same was assigned Calender Case No.534 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madira, Khammam District. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
