THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30892 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners was that the police authorities were not taking any action upon their complaint dated 05.09.2015. Relying on the written instructions dated 30.10.2015 furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that basing upon the petitioners' complaint, Crime No.321 of 2015 was registered under Sections 354A, 506 and 509 I.P.C. on the file of Nacharam Police Station and investigation was in progress. In the light of the aforestated development, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
