Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not mutating the name of the petitioner duly deleting the illegal entries made in the revenue records in the possession column in respect of the subject lands situated at Urumadla Village, Chityala Mandal, Nalgonda District and also not considering the representations, dated 16.08.2018 and 08.03.2021, made by the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner also made an application to respondent No.4 under Right to Information Act seeking necessary information with regard to change of entries in the revenue record. However, no steps are taken thereon. 4.

Having regard to the above subasmission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4-Tahasildar to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner, if any, under Right to Information Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
