HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23773 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not approving the appointment of the petitioner as Attender made by the Managing Committee of the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Attender from the date of her appointment.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioner in service as Attender in the 1st respondent society vide orders dated 12.11.2003 in WPMP No.29860 of 2003.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is being continued in service and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is continued in service, she shall not be disturbed.
