THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17556 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in issuing a tender notification No.01/DIR (Cp)/COM/2016-17 dated 12.5.2016 inviting bids from interested parties under Swill Challenge Route / Method in relation to "Commercial Exploitation of Kirlampudi Guest House site in Visakhapatnam under "BOT" as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that purpose of filing of the present writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
