Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent No.1, Ms. R. Padma Rekha, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for Mandal Praja Parishad for respondents 4 and 5. 2.

On 09.04.2019 proceedings were issued placing the petitioner under suspension and also calling upon her to show cause as to why action should not be taken on the allegation of misconduct committed by her as reflected in the said show cause notice. Petitioner claims to have filed her explanation on 13.06.2019. Alleging inaction in taking a final decision on the explanation of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Learned counsel on either side submit that the Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Project Director, District Water Management Agency/DRDO, Jogulamba Gadwal District, the 3rd respondent, to pass final orders on due consideration of the explanation offered by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 09.04.2019 within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders consequent to the show cause notice dated 09.04.2019 on due consideration of the explanation offered by the petitioner as
