HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.3017 of 2018 Order:
The revision arises out of an order passed by the Family Court dismissing an application filed by the wife in a matrimonial proceeding, seeking permission to be represented by the General Power of Attorney Holder.
2. Heard Mr. K.V. Raghu Veer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.P. Venugopal, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. The exercise of finding out the correctness of the order of the Court below, at this stage may only be of academic interest, since it is stated across the Bar that the petitioner who has gone abroad, is arriving on 30-6-2018 and that she will be present in the Court on the next date of hearing i.e. on 03-7-2018. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to appear before the Court below on 03-7-2018 and work out her remedies. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
