Common Judgment: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy)

The respondent in FCOP.No.131 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Warangal, filed the appeal against the order and decree, dated 05-032014, passed therein granting divorce to the respondent.

The appellant has filed FCAMP.No140 of 2016 for permitting him to withdraw the appeal. At the hearing, Mr.N.Ashok Kumar, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that his client is willing to withdraw the appeal and that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In the light of the above facts, FCAMP.No.140 of 2016 is allowed and FCA.No.126 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn.
