HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20436 of 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 18-06-2019 in respect of his grievance in the writ petition is pending before the respondents with regard to removal of electricity connection granted to 4th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel who submits that already the petitioner is having three connections from the electric sub-stations and he should not have any grievance. It is to be seen that when the application of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to pass orders in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
