This Criminal Petition is fiIed under Section 482 of Cr.p.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.84 1 of 2Ol3 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. K.Ramakotaiah, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for respondent State.

A perusal of record shows that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on O6.11.2023 and 14.11.2023 and O5.I2.2O23. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of listing the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". This shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout remedies as available under law.
