THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.20418 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.5-Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, Hyderabad, in not registering the First Information Report, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner dated 29.08.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 20.09.2019, would submit that based on the said complaint, on 18.09.2019 a case in Crime No.450 of 2019 was registered in Raidurgam Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and the same is under investigation. Recording the said submission and inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
