THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20455 OF 2019 O R D E R :
This Writ Petition is filed assailing the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the appeal bearing ROR Appeal No.A3/01/2017, though the said appeal was filed on 20.12.2016 and though more than two years and nine months have elapsed since the filing of the said appeal.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without fail and communicate his decision to the petitioner. The 1st respondent shall also pay costs of Rs.500/- to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
