HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18243 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner ought to have waited for some time and complained inaction by filing a writ petition. At this juncture, this Court is not persuaded to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner is given liberty to send reminder and, if inaction continues, even after reasonable time, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court. With the above observation, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
