This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the dismissal order dated 13.04.2015 in I.A.No.110 of 2015 in O.P.No.09 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar.

The principal contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the copy of the charge sheet was not furnished to him in spite of the fact that the petitioner filed C.A. for supply of the same. In that view of the matter, the petitioner could not effectively conduct the trial.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that C.A.No.306 of 2015 filed by the petitioner was complied with on 13.04.2015 and that the charge sheet was marked as Ex.P.16 on 19.03.2015 itself. Learned counsel further submits that this CRP is filed only for the purpose of dragging the matter despite furnishing the certified copy and that the charge sheet already having been marked has not been controverted and the petitioner is taking fraudulent stands. In that view of the matter, I find no reason to further keep pending the civil revision petition. Taking in to consideration the submissions made by the respective counsel, the civil revision petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
