THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH CONTEMPT CASE No.1695 of2023 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits I that the respondents have implemented the orders dated 27.O4.2O23 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12384 of 2023 and passed rejection orders, thereby, the cause of action does not survive ald no further orders required to be passed in this matter ald requested to grant liberty to challenge the speaking orders.

2. In view of the aforementioned submission, this Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to challenge the speaking orders in appropriate proceedings. There sha-tl be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
