THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4928 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not acting upon the complaints, dated 17.12.2014, 26.10.2016 and 13.12.2016 lodged by the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the petitioners were the accused in crime No.272 of 2016, which was registered by the Hussaini Alam Police Station on 11.12.2016 and on the basis of the complaint lodged by the first petitioner, crime No.273 of 2016 was also registered on the same day. Both the cases are under investigation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
