This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the seizure of the petitioners' Tractors and Trailers, bearing registration Nos.AP 02 AZ 5840 & AP 04 UN TR 4942 and AP 37 AF 6783 & AP 04 AJ 8086 respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to release their vehicles. After arguing the case, the learned Counsel for the petitioners requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to make applications before the competent authority for release of the seized Tractors and Trailers in terms of G.O.Ms.No.6, dated 12.01.2015, and approach this Court in the event, the seized Tractors and Trailers are not released.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.47849 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
