The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SUBBA RAO KORRAPATI Advocate for the Petitioner and the Court made the following.
No instructions are received by the learned Government Pleader. Hence, pending further orders, respondent No.4 shall comply with the directions of the District Collector in Rc No. 2762/2014/E.1., dated: 06.09.2014 and submit a report to the collector within a period of four weeks, if not already submitted.
