Sameer Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of this writ petition, the alleged detenu has been produced before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class after recording his formal arrest and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
