HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 591 OF 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 06.06.2006 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kavali, in I.A. No.713 of 2005 in O.S. No.122 of 2005. On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No.122 of 2005 itself was decreed on 05.08.2009.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
