Heard Mr.P.Venkateswar Rao for petitioners and Mr.G.L.Narasimha Rao for 2nd respondent.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in entertaining the application for grant of permission from the 2nd respondent in Sy.Nos.148 A and B, out of Ac.13.10 guntas contrary to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in WVMP.No.3037/2004 in WPMP.No.22829/2004 in WP.No.17415/2004 dated 11.10.2004, as illegal, arbitrary and further direct the first respondent not to grant any building permission in Sy.No.148 A/B out of Ac.13.10 guntas of Bheemaram Gram Panchayat, Warangal District, pending disposal of W.P.No.17415/2004..."

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the out come of the present writ petition is dependent on the result of W.P.No.17415 of 2004, disposed of on 14.03.2015.

In view of the order passed in W.P.No.17415 of 2004, learned counsel for petitioners fairly states that the prayer as made, cannot and could not be pursued.

Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
