ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 15.4.2015 made by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

On 12.06.2015, this Court granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking payment of salary for the period mentioned therein. Pursuant to the said direction, the Regional Deputy Director of Labour Employment and Training passed an order on 7.8.2015 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.4930 of 2016. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
