CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.M.A.No.752 of 2006 22.12.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against the order, dated 13.07.2006, in O.P.No.24 of 2003 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, whereby the O.P. filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage was dismissed.

The Deputy Director of the Mediation and Arbitration Centre attached to this Court addressed letter, dated 20.12.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that the mediation between the parties undertaken by the mediator was reported successful. Along with the said letter, report, dated 16.11.2016, of the mediator has been filed, a perusal of which would show that both the parties have informed the mediator that they have been living happily and enjoying peaceful matrimonial life and also taking care of themselves and their children with love and affection without giving any scope or complaint to each other and that the appellant has also represented before the mediator that he is willing to withdraw the case filed against the respondent. 3.

In the light of the above facts, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
