THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 320 OF 2009 O R D E R:

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 18.11.2008, whereby and whereunder O.S.No. 139 of 1999 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Wakf Tribunal at Hyderabad has been decreed.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, across the Bar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent - decree holder submits that the order dated 18.11.2008 insofar as the direction relating to delivery of possession is concerned, has already been executed pursuant to the order dated 28.12.2015 in O.E.P.No. 11 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge at Madanapalle. Evidencing the same, the learned counsel has placed on record the certified copy of the order dated 28.12.2015 along with the delivery warrant dated 04.01.2016. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further consideration, hence, the same is dismissed. The certified copy of the order dated 28.12.2015 in O.E.P.No. 11 of 2014 is taken on record. No costs.
