HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17525 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing respondent Nos.1 to 5. Perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record including impugned proceedings dated 20.04.2017.

The Revision is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the pending proceedings and pass final orders on merits on or before 22.07.2017 and for the said purpose the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent for hearing on 03.07.2017 and on subsequent dates being fixed. If the final orders despite could not be passed on or before 22.07.2017, the interim suspension order seizes its force till passing of final orders on merits. Any further grievance is left open. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
