HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8865 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7373 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 (A.1 is not party herein) and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.365 of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.10 of 2011 of Santoshnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.8865 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
