When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner, inspite of the fact that the matter is listed under the caption " For Dismissal" .

The petitioner is challenging the orders of removal from service. A perusal of the case discloses that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. At this point of time, there cannot be an order for reinstatement of the petitioner.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to pay the terminal benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner, from the date of his initial appointment till date of removal, if not already paid, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
