ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submit that the 1st respondent-workman had retired from service and the petitioner-Corporation had complied with the order dated 21.09.2006 passed in I.D.No.56 of 2004 by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
