THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1180 of 2022 ORDER (ORAL):

This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No. (TR) No.6437 of 2017 dated 29.04.2022 under Section10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II has placed on record the proceedings No. A3/815/2013-Pts., dated 09.01.2023 and reported that order dated 29.04.2022 passed by this Court in WP. (TR) No. 6437 of 2017 has been complied with, and the petitioner was issued appointment orders and was permitted to report before the Mandal Parishad Development Officer concerned within 15days from the date of the said order.

The Respondents No. 1 and 4 and the petitioner/party-inperson submitted that there is no clarity in the said proceedings with regard to the service benefits.

In response to the same, learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that after the petitioner reports to duty and takes charge as Panchayat secretary, the other benefits will be

processed by the Finance Department and as and when clarification is obtained, service benefits will be extended to the petitioner. 5.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
